I was pretty lame about blogging during the holidays. It is just too overwhelming. Too much going on, I guess. Anyway, we had a Christmas holiday. It was so fun to have Rylee home from school for 2 1/2 weeks (although she was ready to get back to school...are Cade and I really lame, or does she just love school???), and Bart doesn't work much during the season either. We had lots of fun, hanging out, playing the Wii, going to movies (although that isn't much fun now with Paigey), etc. Anyway, we spent Christmas Eve daytime with Bart's family, and then my family came over to our house for Christmas Eve night. We played the Wii, air hockey, fooseball, opened jammies, decorated cookies, ate, etc. It was loads of fun. Cade was tracking Santa on the Internet (Grandpa Pat showed him on the Internet, and then he was obsessed all day with it). So, he came down to my family around 9:30 p.m. and said it was time to cancel the party. Santa was close! I told him Santa knows people are still partying and he will still get our house if Cade is sure to go to sleep. Next thing I know, he and Lindsay are on the ground pretending to be asleep. Anyway, it was a great holiday season!!!
