So, this is for you Paula. We are moving right along on our basement. We have painted partially...we still have my grand idea of faux painting to do (I know...I'm a pain in the butt), the fireplace, finish carpentry, and then CARPET! Bart's goal is to have it all done by the time the first Jazz away game is on tv. Can he do it? He never ceases to amaze he, so I am betting YES! He keeps pulling out skills I never thought he had. Way to go honey! The best thing about this project...Bart has saved us so much money by his skills and learning how to do things by himself. Thanks to the Internet and books at Home Depot! He is awesome! If you are wondering what my kids are doing in this picture...they are playing the air guitar with paint sticks. Man, they are good helpers!

Does that mean the Jazz party is at your house!?! I'm in. Cute new Paige pictures! You should go get your kids pictures done while mom is off for UEA, so she could go help. It's for sure not a one woman project!!
Oh yeah and we won't tell Bart!!!
Thank you!! Now I can stop bugging you, huh? It looks so great! Wish we were there for the Jazz party christening!
Hi, Lori! Thank you for visiting my blog site and contacting me. I was thinking I wanted to connect with someone from my mission, and you did. Now you are mom of three kids! Wow! I recently started keeping touch with Sister Prete too. You can visit hers from my blog. Thank you for congratulating our wedding too. My husband is from Salt Lake, and we are moving to Logan because he is going to start his master program there. Where are you guys living now? Good luck with your settling down!
Keep in touch!
I'm so glad you found me, too. :) We live a block away from each other and you still had to find me Google-ing around. Ha! Thanks for providing me with something girlie to make!
These pictures of your basement make me feel better. Our basement is in about the same place except that I'm doing all the painting and I don't have air guitar accompaniment. I've been reduced to tears many times looking at how much more painting I need to do. Hopefully I am done with it today.
I'll have to sneak back over here and see the finished product soon. Right? :)
